Will a local company in my city need a background check to keep its 3D printer that builds affordable 1200 sq ft homes? I have no idea. But if the government wanted to require one, it can. That was my point. The government can’t just do whatever it decides it wants to do. There are checks on its power in the constitution. We don’t live in a banana republic yet, despite your efforts to take us there.

The 9th and 10th amendments. Really? Where in the 9th or 10th does it outlaw background checks for 3D printers but not for a myriad of other things? Read the amendments and figure it out for yourself clueless one…

Read the amendments and figure it out for yourself clueless one… As usual…you get talking out of your ass, and then when you’re addressed to actually substantiate your claims…you’re exposed. Nothing in the 9th or 10th limits background checks of any sort.
