BUT FIRST a Nod 2 my BEST FRIEND FOREVER Jef,,,,err, I mean Freddy !!! (fer getting me to fly straight on fruit cleanin)  NOW, ON 2 DUH BEEF RIBZ !!!!I marinated these BAD BOIZ in TERRY-SUCKY (sum yung boy) sauce and then spred them out bone side down in duh ALOOM-YUNUM foil    Then I LOOSE LEE made a tent of SILVER STUFF FOIL In DUH oven @ 325F fer 2 hours   @ 6:15 EST, I'll throw them on the grill and baste them with THIS !!!!

Looks like you did a great job on those, Lee. Sorry the Asian flavors didn't work out for you. Were they too muted, or just not your style?

N, I wouldn't say they were muted....More like the gamey taste of the beef wasn't quite in sinc with the terry-yakki somehow.....The soy was coming thru but something else was kinda f-in with it...not exactly sure....maybe the garlic.....I'm also thinkin I would have crisped them up a ted more as well..... |
