Too bad the principal didn't have a gun and training. Unarmed people don't have much of a chance against armed criminals.

Let's train our teachers and principals to shoot people. No. We train our teachers and principals to PROTECT THEIR STUDENTS. If that involves shooting a bad guy, so be it.
We know for a fact that the police can never respond as fast as someone already on scene.
Most armed Americans have no desire or intention to ever harm another person or use their guns for any criminal purpose, but most of them ARE prepared to defend themselves, their families, or other innocent persons.

If this shooting had happened in 2021, it would have been ruled a Covid-19 death.
