I finally decided to catalog all my guns --- every one of them.
After painstakingly removing them from their cases, I began to get writer's cramp, listing, describing and pricing them all.
I was shocked ........... the gov't has no business knowing what I own, so all I will say is that the number is somewhere between 25 and 45.
I knew I had a few, BUT ...............
Since I tend to not buy very expensive firearms, I estimated my total investment somewhere above $23,000.
That does NOT include all the paraphernalia costs for my reloading operations.

When my hand heals, I will tackle my guitar collection. Thankfully I only have 21 guitars and 1 Jazz Bass copy, so that may not take too long.
I DO have some pricey Gibsons, including my #1 Les Paul, but the majority are just run of the mill $3-400 guitars.
And then I've got my Hammond M-3 and Leslie Speaker, a Hammond XK-2 synth organ, and a cheapo Yamaha electric piano, which mimics the classic . Wurlitzer electric piano that I used to have.

May amp herd has been drastically culled, and the only REAL amp I have left is my Marshall JCM800 Model 4210 1x12 combo.
It played many a gig, and it shows but it will be with me till one of blows our power transformer.
The JCM800 series was the perfect series FOR ME. I never could afford the really high end boutique Marshalls.

I'm probably not through yet. I still NEED a S&W K-22, or Model 17 or 18. A S&W .22 revolver would maybe complete my S&W collection.
Lately, I've been really enjoying shooting .22 RF, and revolvers will handle any length.. S/ L/ LR, CB caps and Calibris.

You shoot more and cheaper with .22's, and I have 2 .22 SAA Styles, a Colt D.A. revolver, and Colt 1911A1 full size gun in .22, and a .22 Ruger Mk II semiauto with a bull barrel.
There's also the Chiappa M-1 carbine in .22LR, and a .22LR adapter kit for my 5.56 AR "platform."
