The entire foot has to be in for a catch and the targeting call...geezus Sure did look like his foot was out of bounce on the replay here at the stadium. Not sure why that was not reversed. Marshall had a 75 yard TD start the game, the 65 yard TD Drive at the end of the half and only about 60 yards in between. It certainly had the edge on explosive plays and that shitty drive to start. The third-quarter should write the ship. |

the view from 24-b bx…
first of all the view felt much more comfortable than those sitting out in the blazing sun today. I don’t think I can remember the buckeyes having that many explosive scoring plays on offense since the ‘18 game vs um. wow.
569 yds on 57 plays. that’s 10 yds per play. 4 scoring plays between 40 and 86 yds. both henderson and judkins averaged over 12 yds/carry. Howard went 16-20 for 275. that was encouraging.
the d gave up 2 long scoring drives in the 1st half but still gave up just 265 total yds on 70 plays. yea that’s a lot of plays. yes, 2 kickoffs went out of bounds and a fortunate penalty on marshall nullified a bad fumble by innis on a punt. also Howard forced a pass that got picked. a comfortable win w still numerous coaching points. that works
bucks ran a couple nice inside reverses and counters which were new wrinkles. and continued to spread the ball around to playmakers, w egbuka and judkins shining the most.
real season starts next week in east lansing.
