ESPN obtained the Notice of Allegations being sent to Michigan:
- 5 coaches committed Lvl 1 violations, including Harbaugh ( worse violation)
- Sherrone deleted 52 texts with Stalions the day the report came out
- Stalions WAS on CMU sideline
- Illegally scouted 58x in 3 years
