Watching INDIANA vs UCLA. 3rd qtr ind player plants UCLA QB , while he still has the ball. Sack??? No roughing the passer. Ind player in 4th hits reciever with his shoulder breaks up pass, incomplete?? Noooo targeting. Are these new rules??? Might as well be playing flag football.

A Georgia safety intercepted a Kentucky pass and ran it back for a TD. The Kentucky QB was running to try to catch the Georgia player and a Georgia DL shoves the qb away (not even to the ground) and got a penalty for roughing the passer. Are there some new rules I'm unaware of?? |

Since the pass had been intercepted, I don't know how roughing the passer could be called. Maybe unnecessary roughness.
I remember the play, and it was definitely a cheap shot on Vandagraff. |
