Only game worth watching is the Tennessee at Oklahoma game. too bad you didn’t watch usc-um. a very good, interesting game between 2 of the historic brands in cfb. IMO, UM got some home-cooking from the refs. I saw both holding and a block-in-the-back on one of UM's TD runs, a blatant unreviewed targeting play that sent an SC kid to the hospital, at least two unclalled roughing the passer calls by the UM D and a 4th down play that went unreviewed when to me and the announcers it did not look like the UM rb made the line to gain. That said, USC had a ton of really bad field position starts on O that seemed to put them out of sync, and the slow and fat UM D I saw against Texas looked significantly quicker, which tells me something about Texas. I guess I should be pleased to say that the offense was the reason USC lost. How refreshing!

When piss poor officiating really DOES cost you a game, it ain't complaining.
I can't fairly comment on USC/Michigan since I didn't see the entire game. I have seen officials rob teams of victories., and I don't mean just LSU.
I do hope the USC player is OK.

Tiger Stadium is #1 on most lists. I'm glad I don't go there any more. Once inside, it's awesome, but getting there and leaving are a major PITA. I can't walk 4 miles to the stadium any more. I don't want to sit 2 hours in traffic any more, either.
Thank God most of the game are televised. But if you have NEVER been there, one visit when a major team is in town is something you must experience.
Alabama and Ole Miss are two really big games, and don't forget the earthquake game against Auburn.
By the same token, I'd love to experience the Shoe, the Coliseum, the Swamp, and many others as well. Seeing them on TV just ain't the same.

My ears are still ringing. Off course, most here are old enough to remember when there was a rule against uber loud crowd noise, that was directed against the visiting team in CFB and the NFL, making it difficult to call a play. Both killed it early 2000s, I think.

I guess I could google it but I'll ask. Why does LSU number their field every five yards?
