No FG in overtime. Home team gets ball on their 40 yard line to start overtime. If either team fails to make a first down, other team can choose to receive a punt or take the ball at their 40. Mandatory 2 point conversion on any TD.

After they have played a full 60 minutes, you don't want teams having to drive 60 yards to score a mandatory TD, which has to be matched by the OTHER team going 60 yards. Fatigued players get hurt easier.
There's no reason for the home team to automatically get the ball first.
What happens if my defense gets a turnover and scores a TD on your offense first? Your offense was stopped. Does my offense get a chance to go on the field now?
Leave college OT alone.
