My 50 year old paperback of The Federalist Papers fell apart a few weeks back so I just bought a new copy, which I intend to read, all 85 of them, in order, something I haven't done since college.

That was the impetus for the reorg of this board to a new purpose.

Fun fact:

When I was a young pup, I worked in an old office building where Bradbury had an office on the same floor, and where he did most of his writing. I used to ride the elevator up and down with him occasionally, (the very same elevator where I met Raquel Welsh, BTW).

Bradbury had a welcome mat in front of the door to his office that read, "Go away. I'm working." and a sign on the door that said, 'Do not knock'.

There is an admonition about the advance of tyranny. "Never obey anyone before you are forced to."

So why do Demonrats blindly obey their leaders, KNOWING that they are wrong?
Bitem and Harris have done NOTHING GOOD for America.
Why would anyone want to keep that kind of failure going?

Every day brings us closer to major war in the Middle East, and they are doing nothing to shut down Iran, AFTER they re-energized that country.

Why are we moving more American military assets into the region?

Why should we NEED to?   They want to kill American military personnel for no reason.

We've fixed it before.  We can do it again.
