Do you carry where no weapons allowed signs are on the door?

I always do. Obviously I don't carry where you would actually be committing a felony by doing so, such as post offices, federal buildings, indian reservations, etc.
But I routinely ignore those signs at businesses, hospitals, hotels, etc. The LAST place I want to be disarmed is in a "gun-free zone".

On a side note, I dropped USCCA (essentially an insurance co.) a year or two ago for Attorneys On Retainer, which is an actual law firm out of Arizona that specializes in representing people involved in self-defense shooting incidents, or ANY shooting incident for that matter. AOR is light years beyond what USCCA will do for you if you ever find yourself caught up with the law.

I currently am not POST certified, which would exempt me from certain state laws, and even though Louisiana has the general concealed carry law, if a private business doesn't want my gun inside, they don't want my money, either.

I don't carry my gun into doctors' offices, sign or no sign.   I don't want to alarm the staff if I have to take my shirt off.

I'm not THAT scared, and I practice situational awareness, anyway.

There are 2 good places to be shot ---- in a doctor's office or a hospital.

My doctors NEVER ask such a stupid question.
We live in Louisiana that still SUPPORTS the 2nd Amendment.

Not to mention, when they see the badge and empty holster on my belt, their Q is automatically answered.
A lot of my DOCTORS probably own guns, too.

My eye doctor and I have had nice talks about the importance of good vision when shooting.

If I told my doctor that I own 23 guitars, he would probably think I am mental.

I only have 21!

Well, to be honest, I only need 4.
My #1 LP, my Dano 12-string, my electric-acoustic Ovation copy, and my J bass copy.
I can't remember the last time I even SAW the 12-string or the J bass..  They are sleeping in their cases.


Then again, it's good to have my SG Supreme, Epi Casino and other P-90 guitars, at least one Strat and one Tele, one wheedly-deedly Ibanez RG, and maybe one or two more.

Screw it.  I'll keep them all.
