Ohio State will win the rest of their games (only Penn State is questionable) one game at a time. MAYBE something weird might happen with one of the other teams, but I sincerely doubt it. Are you claiming that somehow Ohio State just falls apart in some future game?
My statement stands.
I wasn't referring to tobacco, either.
 lmao. you love to put words in someone else's mouth that wasn't said in order to make your point. every game is its own opera... the matchups, the weather, the strategy, the injuries, the penalty/non-penalty calls, the bounces of an oddly shaped ball, who's having trouble w/a girlfriend, or nil sponsor, who's motivated after a bad loss or looking ahead to a future opponent, they all matter. you don't have to 'fall apart' to lose a game. in any league. and you know that, even w/your sec blinders on.
And you have doubts about them?

I've learned you never, NEVER, take winning for granted, and that includes my alma mater, whose success has spoiled much of its fan base rotten (imho) for nearly all of the last 75 years, while at the same time frustrating many by coming so close so often w/o winning a finale. and not taking it for granted does not = doubt, at least not in my eyes. |

What I expect to be a REAL battle for OSU is vs Penn State.
That one is a tossup as far as I am concerned.
No, I didn't watch your game. I flipped back and forth to see snippets of it.
Saturday was spent flipping thru football games, other TV shows, and spending time with one of my daughters and one of HER daughters who came by to say a belated "hello" for my birthday.
The only game I actually watched was LSU-Texas A&M, and I even tuned away from that one in disgust a few times.
That was HUGELY embarrassing.
I notice that no other team that lost fell as far (8 spots) in the polls as LSU did.
