I bought a .22 rifle from a licensed gun dealer. I don't care if the government knows I own that rifle. In fact, that's the only gun I own except for my two antique guns.

Not every gun I own at the bottom of Lake Berryessa went thru a 4473. Maybe half of them did and they were all LEGALLY obtained.
