I've been predicting a Trump win for a while now. I've been saying the polls have underpolled him by 3-4% like they did in 2016 and 2020 and it looks to be about right again

A lot of ridiculous nonsense in your post

Most of it is hyperbolic, to be sure. But speaking for myself, I’m gravely concerned about the future viability of health insurance for myself and my family going forward, considering that I have a child with a serious illness that requires significant care every month.

It was Kameltoe who wanted to give you GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED healthcare.
That means that if the controllers decided that someone could not be productive to the collective, that person could be removed from the population.

Right now, YOU have the right to choose your healthcare provider.   If your firm offers a group plan, you can still opt out of that and go your own way.

Nowhere is anyone guaranteed the right to a prolonged certain level of healthcare.
People have the right to PURSUE it.

Maybe you should stop believing that taxpayers have to provide healthcare to illegal invaders, and concentrate on CITIZENS.  The money wasted on the illegals could be better used elsewhere.
I don't mind paying taxes to help people like you and your family.

Just...no. Stop talking off the cuff when you don't know what you're talking about. This has nothing to do with illegal immigration.

My firm does offer a group plan, but now that my one paralegal is aged out and now on Medicare, I've fallen below the group level necessary and will likely have nowhere to go except the marketplace. The one upside is that with that, they can't deny me, or more specifically, my son, due to his pre-existing condition. Same for my wife, who is diagnosed with lupus and also has a traumatic brain injury. Without insurance I'd never be able to afford the cost of their care.

If the marketplace wasn't there, I'm not sure what I would do. Trump has never, in 9 years, offered an alternative plan for the problems that stem from health insurance. In the only debate, he was asked point blank about his plan, and he admitted he had no plan. He had "the concept" of a plan...which, let's be honest....means, "no plan".
