I think we all knew he'd never get through. The sad part is he'll be back in the House in January. Thought we were rid of him. Back in the House? Yep. He just won re-election so even though he resigned he can be sworn back into the new Congress. |

As noted already, The Constitution specifically demands it. Fl Law defines how.
