(Yawn) It's going to be fun bringing up all your bullshit to rub in your face Saturday night. Or maybe I won't bother fooling with irrelevant bammers until Sunday. Chances are you will disappear before I rub your nose in your alabumpkin elephant shit.
Enjoy your loss!
I'm certainly enjoying something ...

The good news is most teams have been hit by the injury bug this time of the season. Check out the injury report on UF that I posted in the Florida State at Florida thread yesterday. LSU will just have to put their cowboy hats on and ride Leonard Fournette.

Unfortunately, I don't think there are many bulls left to stampede in front of him!
Tough to see players from any team being injured now, when they are needed the most.

Texas A&M isn't known to be a run stopping team. LSU should probably have a 70:30 run to pass ratio.

LSU is getten a gooden Mutt. Defensive coordinator Dave Aranda is leaving Wisky for the LSU DC job. After Bama gives up 19 to Clemson, Wisky will have given up the least amount of points, on average, in CFB in 2015. Hr made 520,000 w Wisky. Steele made 1,000,000 w LSU last yr before he left for the Barn. Looks like Aranda will 2X his salary. Over Aranda’s three-year tenure, the Badgers lead the nation in total defense, ranking third in passing yards allowed and fourth in rushing yards allowed, and are second to Alabama in scoring defense. Real sad to see him go but I wish him well.

I'm not bagging on Wisconsin, but if he can do that well there, think what he can do at LSU with some of the best defensive talent you can find anywhere. It's easy to envision LSU returning to the patented bend but don't break defense they have been so famous for. With all the youngsters LSU played this year, I had no doubt they would be better next year, but the hiring of Aranda may make a HUGE difference.
Unfortunately, LSU is still in the QB Twilight Zone. QB will easily be the weakest link next season, unless something changes dramatically.
At least you have a chance to see Aranda once more, right away, next year.

No slight to Wisky received. LSU has tons more athletic talent. He's not a classic bend but don't break guy, though. He attacks. IMO, a perfect fit for LSU w their athletes. He was able to strike a balance between defending the spread and the smash mouth w one exception, in one game. Over three yrs taint bad. BUT they'll have to be disciplined, study and think. If they trust his coaching................. If you have lock down corners, he'll send LBers from all angles. The man is a recruiter. And sees stuff in film that few do.

LSU has had blitzing LB's and CB's forever. Kevin Steele was no match for John Chavis, but I have a feeling Aranda will be as good or better than the Chief. With Ed Orgeron coaching the DL AND being a master motivator himself, the LSU D could be well on its way back to the top where it belongs.
