Yeah, I know....Yer not supposed to have cheese with fish...Tell that shit to McD's ...LOL Here are some Nice farm-raised Talapia filets that were marinated in: Italian Salad dressing Soy sauce Chili and Habanero spices    Baked at 350F for 30 minutesAND TOPPED WITH SHREDDED MILD CHEDDAR CHEESE !!!! YES !!!!  And served with a salad and rice a roni herbs and butter thingy peel-off    Good stuff here folx !!! |

From experience I cooked just fish in one and it cracked in half. Not sure why, but it did. The fish looks good, the rice a roni, well........... I agree and disagree... too simple to make, too high in salt. I would rather a long cooked brown rice, cooked in chicken stock and you can add your own salt and fresh herbs to it. That salad, well okay, its a salad. That's all I'm saying. Now if you want me, come get me!   |
