Chicks don't dig you .... I think the BEST way to cook wings is coat them with flour and in the deep fryer they go Out of the deep fryer and into a bowl of yer fav wings sauce...I happen to like Frank's Hot Wings sauce ....Nice....And can be doctored with butter and other stuff as well

Marinade over night and into the oven for 1 hour at 375.till juice runs clear.Bast half way through with marinade. Sweet and tangy.

Wings are generally cooked in the oven at 350F for 50 minutes, no ?

Plus the higher heat makes the skin a little crispier.

Costco has some pretty dang good wings over by the rotisserie chickens and cooked ribs. They're dry rubbed but I'm not sure how they cook them. Scarf, scarf!! They go fast so it's hit and miss finding them.

Now for MY wing recipe......... I actually par boil for about 10 minutes ( to decrease the fat ), drain well, season with a dry rub. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes at 350, and then toss in a butter & hot sauce. I tend to like a bit mild so its light on the heat for me. Serve with blu cheese dip. Now the dip is just fresh gorgonzola mixed with sour cream and a dash of worcestershire that has had at least 3 hours to set up in the fridge. If I have left over on the dip, I just add an equal amount of mayo to it, let that set up and WALLA, a perfect salad dressing.
End result, extra crispy wings with great flavor!!
