Yes, LSU plays Arkansas tight, but LSU isn't "the greatest team that ever existed" like bama is. Bama is SO great they should have sent Arkansas out of the stadium in the 1st quarter. Every team is just terrified to face the tards.
I hope you appreciate sarcasm, and that the bumpkin loss on Saturday won't hurt your self esteem too badly.
Ummm.... Actually yes. Last year's Arkansas finished winless in the SEC. Lsu needed a late TD to barely slip by the Hogs. Meanwhile BAMA beat that same 2013 Arkansas team 52-0..... Beat them 52-0 in 2012 as well. The tiggers barely won that year too after the Hogs ran out of time at the Lsu 18 yd line.

Dang! I'd be sitting at 2-0 right now if I had been able to keep both my Wednesday and Thursday picks. I'm not at all surprised the toothless tiggers couldn't cover 21 in Winston Salem in a nationally televised Thursday night game on ESPN with DeShaun Watson still sitting on the bench injured.

They score enough to win, but they can't run up a score.

They score enough to win, but they can't run up a score. agreed on watson. wake did look like a hs team, and their qb more like middle school. just goes to show how games can go. no doubt clemson was a more superior team than the scoreboard indicated, but you have to do it on the field. i wish stoudt had played stronger, since he's from just down the road 5 miles from us here where he went to hs. but he's just too inconsistent w/the ball in his hands. teams just aren't going to run on all 8 cylinders every game. you gotta hope that in those games where you're just hitting on 6, or 4, that you do enough to win. that, they did. mark scott tosu 81 ps-between clemson-wake on the lap top, and browns-bengals on the tv, i was definitely o-d'ing on orange last night. lol

Beat them 52-0 in 2012 as well. The tiggers barely won that year too after the Hogs ran out of time at the Lsu 18 yd line. OK, I'll give that one to you, since I didn't look up old Hog records.
However, THIS year, LSU ran the ball down Ole Miss' throat and bama lost to them. If the Tigers hadn't lost 4 turnovers, they would have blown Ole Miss out. BUT ......... TO's are part of the game, so the blowout didn't happen and I can live with that.
Blake Sims is not very good on the road, and he sure isn't A.J. McCarron. Sims hasn't played anywhere near as intimidating as Tiger Stadium. If Anthony Jennings starts having a bad game, Miles can insert Brandon Harris to settle Jennings down. Bama has no decent backup QB, so Sims better stay cool and avoid injury as well.
The bumpkins think they have this game won and they are looking ahead to Missy State. Look at your schedule. LSU is better than Ole Miss. Alabama is NOT. That just about sums it up.

Bama has the best front 7 in the nation. LSU's strength is running the ball. I say the defense wins that battle. If LSU could consistently pass well, they would have a chance. The tiggers don't pass well. Bama is going to win by 10 to 14. The 6 1/2 spread is an easy bama cover. Like I said, the 6 1/2 spread was an easy cover for bama. (chuckle)
