At the Cavs game vs the Bulls last night in Cleveland Cardale Jones, Ohio St QB, spoke to the fans and told the Cavs to bring another championship to Ohio.
It was reported that Noah sitting on the Bulls bench said to Jones as he left the court
"You ain't in the SEC"
Jones then tweeted that Noah better watch his mouth.
Personally I can't stand Noah. And would gladly pay $100 for a PPV to see Jones beat the shit out of him
Also it seems that SEC education paid off for Noah saying ain't and he must've missed the Sugar Bowl

lol. yeah cardale played horrible in that game. noah's mo, in addition to obviously being a guy who does a lot of the little things well, just loves trying to get under the skin of just about anyone who's not on his team. whether that's what he uses for motivation or it's just him. his comments about cleveland early in his nba career are well documented; i remember him jawing at james from the bench while lebron was shooting ft's (during the 4th qtr of a blowout cavs win) to the point where james started walking toward the bulls bench (and got t'd up for it). and he's targeted lots more people than just those in ohio. he just gets off on being the stone in your shoe. jones is a kid, and he responded the way kids today respond... twitter war!

Not sure what that has to do with Noah's comment. Yes, those Gators were a great team and yes, they deserve kudos for the back-to-back championships but Mike's comment is spot on because the Sugar Bowl proved you don't have to play in the SEC to be a champion. Noah is a punk, good player or not.

Agree. Noah just loves being an ass hole. I remember the game you're talking about. Of course Noah was on the bench. Cavs were up huge and he's talking trash to LeBron. What an idiot. LeBron vs Noah and Jones vs Noah would end up in identical finishes. Noah waking up in a hospital

No one that chirps as much as he does can be called anything other than a punk. I mean, talking shit to a college player...really? He is a punk.

He can back it up, though so I do give him credit there. Very solid player.

In the SEC, he was the UF player fans of other SEC teams loved to hate. That hasn't changed in the NBA either. I know this much, I'd want him on my team.

Can't disagree with that, but you should see his mother.....wowzer! His dad is Yannick Noah, professional tennis player turned singer/musician in France, so I don't know how he got that ugly mug. I often wondered if it the ponytail that gives him a bad look vibe, but that's the way Joakim rolls.

Brewer and Horford carried the Gators in that game. Noah had 3pts and 3 rebounds

All NBA players should be "punks" like Joakim Noah and the other finalists for this award: espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/12885523/chicago-bulls-center-joakim-noah-wins-j-walter-kennedy-award-citizenshipAssociated Press CHICAGO -- Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah won the J. Walter Kennedy Award, given annually to an NBA player, coach or trainer for community service. The two-time All-Star was selected by the Pro Basketball Writers Association for his work with youth. His Noah's Arc Foundation recently launched the "Rock Your Drop: The Drop of Consciousness" anti-violence initiative, supporting those impacted by violence and encouraging youngsters to express themselves through sports and art. "I'm proud of everybody who's helped bring positive (things) to Chicago, helped the kids," Noah said. "My group has put in a lot of work to help. We still have a long ways to go. But it's only the beginning." The foundation recently produced a video featuring those who lost loved ones. Teammates Derrick Rose and Taj Gibson have contributed to the project. Last summer, Noah hosted a basketball tournament for young men from Chicago's south and west sides. Orlando's Tobias Harris, Detroit's Greg Monroe, Los Angeles Clippers' Chris Paul and Memphis' Zach Randolph were finalists for the award.
