Moving right along with the implications of the proven facts... Next question...
Why would Dick Cheney have enforced a "stand down" order as the flying object approached Washington, D.C.?
Remember that Cheney already knew that two airplanes had just hit the WTC towers.
Any theories, fellas?
Cheney didn't have the authority to issue a shoot down order.

Cheney didn't have the authority to issue a shoot down order. ...or a stand down order. Pretty simple, isn't it?

You haven't established anything close to that, so there is no reason yet to "move along". Still waiting. Who issued the stand down order and when? Documents please...

So...i spent some time reviewing testimony to the 911 commission. I think Willie is correct that the shoot down order came after 77 hit the Pentagon. So Cheney then is in fact responding to a request to change the status quo of no shoot down authorization to a shoot down order. Cheney, having no authority at that point to alter policy, responds that nothing has changed. No shoot down order.
BUT...
To infer that such an act was a purposeful act to allow 77 to hit does a disservice to Cheney. It implies a desire to allow it rather than a respect for the chain of command for which he, as VP, was powerless to act absent an order from Bush.
So that leaves me defending Cheney and his respect for the rule of law.
I hate admitting such a thing, but it is pretty obvious that is what occurred.

Walter,
Dick Cheney's respect for the law?
Surely, you jest.

You mean to say Bush was the only one with the necessary authority? Who knew? Certainly not President Cheney or Vice President Rumsfeld. Did you have the false impression that Dubya Bush was in charge of the Executive branch at the time? Dubya was Cheney's press secretary.

Walter, Dick Cheney's respect for the law? Surely, you jest. Got it. The government deliberately allowed a plane to hit the Pentagon, even though a plane never hit the Pentagon...it was really a missile. Does that about cover it?

It was one part of a government-staged false flag incident, Harry. A PNAC Pearl Harbor to mobilize public support for Rumsfeld & Cheney's "New American Century."
Have you still not figured that out?

So......was it a plane or a missile? If it was a missile, it would not have been able to be tracked because, as we just saw in Syria, cruise missiles fly under the reach of radar and so couldn't have been tracked. So I guess we've settled on a plane.....and, uh...were there any passengers on that plane?
