excuse me, what was that... all I caught was a bunch of blah... So now please tell the class what empty-handed skills you have. You can't hide behind your puny 9mm's everywhere you go. LOL I don't hide behind anything. Never had to and don't plan on staring now. Whatever comes at me, and I do mean whatever, will be met head on.

What's your plan, Casey Jones?

What happened to Rambo? You turned him into a boxer, and Casey Jones is a nice added touch on my part. Now stop sticking your nose into it. You are acting like TRNcoat.

Fairly sure I have more than ONE punch skills. 6 this morning did two miles of road work. Had a protein shake and a couple of boiled eggs. Then a couple of hours later, some yard work and body weight exercises with some weight training, followed by 3 rounds of rope work, 1 round of shadow boxing , 3 rounds on the body snatcher bag, 3 rounds of speed bag and then finished with 4 60 yard 3/4 speed sprints. Fun fun fun. All that only ate up a few Hours. Anyway, wouldn't have trained any today as it was a sunday but what the heck, only played a couple hours of tennis Saturday so it was a pretty easy Saturday and I'm off tomorrow as it's labor day.

Whenever it happens with whatever it takes. I've only lost one fight in my life and that was when I was a 160 lb. 17 year old going up against a 250 lb. sociopath in a bar. He got me that day but I ended up returning the favor a few months later. I don't get even, I get over. nuff said.

So do you plan to strangle your opponent with a rope, outskip him or outrun him? I doubt if he will be a shadow. Not to mention, punching someone in the face with bare knuckles is NOT a good idea. How are you going to stop him when he grabs you from behind? How about when one pins your arms from behind, and a second one is punching the daylights out of you? What if he has a knife, and you are somewhere you can't have your gun?
You need to stop messing around and start learning some decent self defense skills. Running IS the best option, if at all possible.

I have never lost a fight, but then I don't go looking for them, nor do I give anyone a reason to want to fight me. I have never been attacked just because someone felt like attacking me. I have only had serious fights as part of my job, and those were about as serious as it gets. Even then, I was restricted by rules as to what I could do to end the fight. I don't have those restrictions any more.
What was a 17 year old doing in a bar?

IF he has a knife and I'm without g19, I'll simply take the knife away from him and gut him like a fish. If he gets close enough to me ( think ninja ) to grab me from behind, we go to the ground and it's fighting like the sky is falling. If there's two and one pins my arms, I'll use the heel of my boots to kick the chin of the one punching me up through his ears. He'll have a hard time punching me with his chin now where his eyes used to be.
