I hope and pray I'll never have to use my weapon for self defense. So far, so good. I've also prayed that I won't be attacked by a T-Rex. So far so good. You are making an argument that undercuts any reason to prosecute, for instance, drug dealers. Drug dealers do not force anyone to take the drugs they sell. The drug is an object that cannot do anything by itself, just as a gun. It sits there in a bag on the shelf, innocent of any harm to anyone. So why is a seller of such a thing wrong for selling it?
Is ownership of an AR protected by the Constitution? YES. |

This place has become toxically stupid. And their stupidity is limitless and without shame. They don't even understand what has happened to them under the liberalism of the last 50 years! Some of them were born into it but some of them are old enough to see the difference and still choose to be liberal.
It's like being born and raised in a Christian household then converting as an adult to the evil corporation pawning itself off as a religious group known as the Jehovah's Witnesses.

nice dodge. what’s your number? how many innocent kids/adults have to be gunned down in cold blood with these kind of weapons before you see that current gun laws are part of the problem? if you’re posting pics of the kind of guns used in many of these mass murders, bragging about it, or supporting people who post it, then we haven’t reached your number yet before you care enough to change your tune. so, what’s your number? harry I know there’s not a ‘the’ answer. but any action to stem this murderous trend has to include out gun laws. for example how is it possible for this kid to not be allowed, by law, to purchase a handgun but allowed, again by law, to legally purchase an ar-15?? the fbi admitted today to missing signs that neeeded to be communicated to their miami office in this kid... that is obviously a communication error that cannot happen again. but congress also signed into law (2005?) protection for gun manufacturers against lawsuits. and it wasn’t just conservatives who voted for it. eliminating all assault weapons may be infeasible or impossible, but current gun laws are part of the problem, a problem that is directly contributing to the deaths of innocent people, including children and teachers, in numbers that are just too big to continue to ignore, or immediately spark conservatives to circle the 2nd amendment wagons. kids are being gunned down, and the survivors are telling the adults it’s tine to do something. and they’re right. |
