Illicit drugs certainly do have a purpose. Nobody would buy them if they didn't. Same with guns. Whether either is "good" is arguable. Law abiding people don't shoot to kill, they shoot to live. They also don't do illicit drugs. Everyone is a law abiding citizen until they aren't this kid bought his guns perfectly legally in this country |

I've also prayed that I won't be attacked by a T-Rex. So far so good. Guess there is a God So you have the mind of a five year old... I'm sure EVERYONE agrees with THAT. Actually at age 5 I probably did believe in God and that there is a God it's after I matured and grew up and actually begin thinking for myself when I realized it was all bullshit |

Illicit drugs have no good purpose; guns do. THAT is what you need to agree with.

When I got older in my mid to late teens I started asking questions. I started asking God questions. I got told to go f-word off. So I told God to go f-word off. Like I said. There's only 2 conclusions to come to. Either there's no God or God don't give a shit. You pick. I've picked there's no God. My wife has picked there's a God but he doesn't give a shit about her, me or anyone else. |

Law abiding people don't shoot to kill, they shoot to live. They also don't do illicit drugs. Everyone is a law abiding citizen until they aren't this kid bought his guns perfectly legally in this country and THAT statement about 'everyone' , is conjecture. This kid gave numerous warnings of his evil intent. He was flagged on a social media outlet for extreme threatening statements. The FBI tool a look at him and waved it off. The system, not law abiding people who own guns, failed. That being said, I will say this , THAT 19 year old should never have been allowed to own a semi-automatic weapon such as an ar-15. He was known to be unstable and a trouble maker. Law enforcement should have people like him under a close watch. They should not have access to weapons such as the ar-15. AS far as I'm concerned, NO one under 21 should be allowed to legally own semi-auto weapons. Single shot rifles or shotguns, fine. but NO SEMI-AUTO ANYTHING. That's my take. BUT, AND I stress BUT, I don't want this to turn in a slippery slope. Laws begin to change and where will it stop..?.. You try to stop me , or any non-felon, law abiding citizen over 21, from owning semi-auto guns, and you will have a problem. |

harry I know there’s not a ‘the’ answer. but any action to stem this murderous trend has to include out gun laws. for example how is it possible for this kid to not be allowed, by law, to purchase a handgun but allowed, again by law, to legally purchase an ar-15?? the fbi admitted today to missing signs that neeeded to be communicated to their miami office in this kid... that is obviously a communication error that cannot happen again. but congress also signed into law (2005?) protection for gun manufacturers against lawsuits. and it wasn’t just conservatives who voted for it. eliminating all assault weapons may be infeasible or impossible, but current gun laws are part of the problem, a problem that is directly contributing to the deaths of innocent people, including children and teachers, in numbers that are just too big to continue to ignore, or immediately spark conservatives to circle the 2nd amendment wagons. kids are being gunned down, and the survivors are telling the adults it’s tine to do something. and they’re right. You got any proof to back that up? I've never once heard of a ghost gun having been used in a crime or that gang bangers are favoring ghost guns. I would put forth that gang bangers are too stupid and lazy to even bother completing an 80% lower. It's the realm of hobbyists. |

There are things that need to be done that will impact the future. 1st stop is eliminating ghost guns and ghost Ars in particular. Build your own w/o S/Ns. 2X the price but a fav of ghetto bangers w tons of drug money to burn. Essentially you build your own w minimal machining equipment. That loophole needs to be closed. Currently you can also legally build your own w assembly of parts and a registered receiver for 1/2X. Different assembly process. But that wouldn't prevent school shootings, the topic of concern here, now. You got any proof to back that up?
