I actually tried grits at a Cracker Barrel a few weeks ago. It was okay, but I don't think I would go out of my way for them again. However, the cheddar homefries were awesome! Gotta agree here. Grits, no matter how you cook them, are pretty bad. When the cooking time is up, add a lump of butter, a handful of shredded cheddar, some garlic powder and a couple shakes of Tabasco. Stir 'til the cheese melts.

Gotta agree here. Grits, no matter how you cook them, are pretty bad. When the cooking time is up, add a lump of butter, a handful of shredded cheddar, some garlic powder and a couple shakes of Tabasco. Stir 'til the cheese melts. Hmmm...
