It's an interesting study about the culture of slave ownership and its historic relationship with American gun culture.

Interestingly, I posted a study a few years ago that found a strong correlation between slave ownership by county in 1860 and votes for Donald Trump in 2016.

Trump came to prominence in 2016 as the Birther candidate-- the Anti-Obama who openly insulted blacks, Mexicans, and foreigners.

His popularity was always based on bigotry.

THat study has lost its context. As I noted, the high growth, by %, segment in guy buying involves Blacks. And de be Demoncrats. De be NRA members and de be backers of the 2nd. Working backwards I can just about connect anything. This is like trying to mention that the NBA limited Blacks at one point in their history. Well today, what % of the NBA is Black? No one cares about 1950. Blacks overcame through hard work and talent.
