If you ever visit, give me a shout. BTW, game time today was 2:16. It probably didn't help that Braves got one hit ("that's all we got? One God damn hit?") but the game has a very brisk pace. I almost missed last call! |

I saw most of this new stuff in the Double A Rocket City Trash Panda games the last two years. It actually works very well after the players get used to it. I saw where the Braves-Red Sox game ended in a tie when the Braves batter got called out on strikes with the bases loaded. He wasn't ready in the box when he was supposed to be.

I saw most of this new stuff in the Double Rocket City Trash Panda games the last two years. It actually works very well after the players get used to it. I saw where the Braves-Red Sox game ended in a tie when the Braves batter got called out on strikes with the bases loaded. He wasn't ready in the box when he was supposed to be. Watched a Dodger spring game yesterday. First opinion: I really hate it the pitch clock. I mean HATE IT. They had the countdown in the corner and as a viewing experience all I did was stare at the clock. Ruins the whole feel of the game, IMO. If they insist on having the clock, don't show it to me on TV and maybe I can live with it. As I sat there watching, guess what word kept popping up in my head? |
