Ya sold me. I put 5 on the money line to win 6. Only way it turns out bad for me is if Tennessee wins by 1 point or 2 points. That would suck. If they win by 3, I'm out 5 bucks but catch up a point on the field in the pick'em. Or...Gates win straight up...and I'm 6 dollars richer. Swimmin' pools, movie stars....

If you lose, I'll mail you a crisp $5 bill since you took my advice. Of course, you'd have to trust me with some sort of address. I can assure you I'm not a crazy internet stalker. However, I'm not sure which you'd be more upset about, losing in the pick'em or losing the $5. With my offer, you can't lose.

Pat Dooley's Pick:
UT 34 UF 24
FLORIDA AT TENNESSEE: If your glass is half-empty, you think Tennessee's passing game is going to kill a Florida secondary that has been awful this year. If it's half-full, you think that Will Muschamp has fixed things in that secondary and that Florida's pass rush will exploit the weak Tennessee offensive line. To that I say, what pass rush? Tennessee, 34-24.
Robbie Andreu has UT by 17 (31-14) and Pat Dooley has UT by 10 (34-24). I think both are full of shit. With friends like the sports writers with the Gainesville Sun, UF doesn't need any enemies.

I would love you to serve me a giant heap of crow about 18 hours from now.

Demarcus Robinson is our best WR?:
First Down Pass: Drop First Down Pass: Drop 3rd Down Pass: Should have caught it as a back shoulder reception, but he turned it in to a tip drill INT for the UT DB - led to UT FG
I'm beginning to think this kid is trying to make Driskel look bad on purpose. After the bama game, Demarcus tweeted he thought Treon Harris should start (hmmm). If he drops another one, I'd put his butt on the bench for the rest of the day. I'd rather take my chances with anyone else who wants to catch the ball.
2nd quarter:
UT 3 UF 0

Halftime:
UT 3 UF 0
UF gets the ball to open the 2nd half.
Besides Demarcus Robinson's 3 screw ups, Latroy Pittman also has two drops. UT is hitting Latroy hard on every play just after he crosses the line of scrimmage on pass plays. His inability to avoid the big hits and then the 2 drops when he does get open tells me he's another candidate for the bench.
Quinton Dunbar and Ahmad Fulwood have been completely shutout in the 1st half.
UF must complete some passes to consistently move the chains to have any chance to score or to win.
UF was shutout in the 1st half for the first time since 1955. With this horrible offensive stat and the defensive stat of giving up the most yards ever in a game against bama, Muschamp record win or lose is becoming shakier by the game.

Driskel throws his 3rd INT deep in Gator territory. TE Westbrook couldn't catch a perfect pass from Driskel and it became another tip drill INT. The Gator D held UT to a FG - 6-0 UT in mid 3rd quarter. The Gators are working on a no score game and there is still no attempt to try something new with Treon Harris. I'm 1000% sure Steve Spurrier would have already gone to the bullpen. I can't see why they don't let Driskel at least watch for a series.

What a difference an accurate QB can make. Justin Worley is making better throws than Driskel. The vols are deep in UF territory and threatening to score..........UF held UT to another FG. UT 9-0. It looks to me like that will be enough to win.

End of 3rd Quarter:
UT 9 UF 0
After recovering a UT fumble, Treon Harris came in for the last play of the 3rd handing off on a 2 yard run by Matt Jones. UT is playing 9 in the box. If the Gators can't complete some passes the game is over..... With that said, Harris completed his first pass and followed that up with a 10 yard run. Gators are 1st and goal. Matt Jones ran it twice from the 5 for a TD.
UT 9 UF 7
It's still early in the 4th so buckle up for an entertaining finish.

Gators drive the field to the UT 32 and Austin Hardin kicks a 49 yard FG:
UF 10 UT 9
There is just over 6 minutes left in the game. The Gator O actually looks like an offense with Treon Harris at QB. It may come down to last team with the ball gets the chance to win.

Just curious Cowboy, how did UT score 35 against UGA? UF did nothing on O for 3 quarters and yet they are still in the game.

UF held UT to a 3 and out and gets the ball at the UF 47 with just over 5 minutes to play. I get the feeling that a TD by the Gators would put the game away.
The Gator D and special teams kept the Gators in the game and have now given UF a chance to win.
Kudos to UF/Muschamp for making the change to Harris.

UF is running the risk of being too conservative after picking up a first down. With 3:18 UF has a 2nd and 12.

The Gators appear to be playing for a punt and running the clock with 3rd and 16 now. I don't get it, UT only needs a FG. UT used a TO with 2:53 left.
UF threw deep and missed. Kyle Christy kicked it out of bounds at the UT 22. With 2:39, it's vols ball.
Worley threw an incompletion deep over the middle.
Worley forced to throw it away.
UT completes a pass to the UT 37.
UT completes another 3rd and long.
Worley throws a pick to Keanu Neal.
The Gators will win 10-9. Not a great game, but a good must win. The Gators record advances to 3-1 with LSU coming to The Swamp.
