Note to Gators - I'd like to know if you have any interest in this team board. There has been a lack of Gator discussion to what I have delivered here. It has been one stop shopping with no feedback or discussion. If you aren't interested in having an active Gator board for participation and discussion, I'm inclined to stop bringing the information to this thread. It's up to you. LOL.....hope this cheers you up Florida State biology student is in the morge preparing to preform an autopsy. He rolls the body over and prepares to start when he notices a cork stuffed into the cadaver's anus. He removes the cork and is startled to hear the University of Florida fight song. He puts the cork back, runs down the hall to his professor and says, "You have to come see this! Quick!" to which the professor responds, "This better be important. I'm very busy." The student leads him to the body and takes out the cork. The professor says,"Big deal, I've heard thousands of assholes sing that song!"

Not Gator related, but the last post made me think of this and I don't visit the other sections. There is a new show on tv this fall, Dads, starring Seth Green and Giovani Ribisi. Watched an episode the other night and Giovani's character was on the table having a prostate digital exam performed by an older doc who stroked out and died during the exam, with the emphasis on "digital." As a result Giovani, who is bashful about the whole procedure to begin with, tightens up and clamps down and they cannot remove the dead doc from his asshole. Not as funny to read, but it was one of the more amusing scenes I have seen on network tv is quite some time.

Tyler injured his shoulder at LSU and didn't practice until Thursday this week. Skyler Mornhinweg took 1st string snaps prior to Thursday. Tyler supposedly looked fine yesterday and is on his way to Columbia.
I'm seriously considering changing my pick to Mizzou. I don't trust Muschamp when it comes to injuries. Skyler has yet to play his first down of football and unlike Tyler is not a 4th year junior.
Ronald Powell is on the flight and he was seen wearing a boot on his injured ankle.

Let's see, TAMu hast lost only to AlaBubba, beats LSU. LSU beats Alabubba. Mizzou loses only to A&M. Fla beats UGA in the Jax MASH Bowl. What's the pecking order for the SEC Champ Game, TAMu & Mizzou? Ya I know it won't happen but that would be priceless. Does a one loss 3rd/4th place team in the SEC deserve to be considered for the MNC? Nebackdoor possibilities abound.

When it comes to injuries, I don't trust Will Muschamp to be honest. He has that in common with Urban Meyer.
I changed my pick from UF -3 to Mizzou +3.
If UF isn't in ATL, I don't really care who is except I don't want it to be UGALY.

Injuries are piling up
Florida has endured seven season-ending injuries to its roster, as it looks to bounce back from a 17-6 setback to the LSU Tigers as nine-point road underdogs last Saturday, while going UNDER the betting total of 49.5.
The Florida Gators have the fourth-highest amount of rushing attempts in the SEC, but have the lowest yards-per-carry average at 3.9—a number that could fall even lower with starting running back Matt Jones suffering a torn meniscus versus the Tigers.
A tall order
Missouri has compiled a 6-0 SU and 5-1 ATS record through six games, but the program will likely be without the services of starting quarterback James Franklin for the remainder of the regular season, as he suffered shoulder injury in last week’s 41-26 victory over the Georgia Bulldogs as 6.5-point road underdogs.
The Tigers will also try to avoid a letdown in this spot, as the victory over the Bulldogs was the program’s first over a Top 10 opponent on the road since 1981.
Watch the line
College football handicappers need to keep a close eye on the point spread, considering the Gators are 1-6 SUATS in their last seven opportunities as road favorites of three or fewer points.
Florida still has a shot of reaching the SEC championship game, but it also has four of its six remaining games coming against teams ranked in the Top 15 in national polls.
Run the football
The Tigers are second in the SEC in averaging 239.3 yards per game on the ground, which could play an important role against a Gators’ defense that has failed to stop the run effectively due to injuries the last couple weeks.
Missouri has compiled a 5-2 SUATS record in its last seven opportunities as home underdogs of three points or less.
Prediction
I’m going to recommend that readers back the Tigers with their college football picks, as they possess a plus-nine turnover margin, which is seven better than the Gators in that particular category.
College Football Pick: Missouri Tigers +3

When it rains, it pours:
Florida officially announces both DT Damien Jacobs and LB Ronald Powell out for today's game:
Oh, Cody Riggs got ejected on the first play of the game. The UF D is down three starters.

South Carolina lost a starting safety early on a targeting call as well. Alonzo Highsmith tweeted that he was ejected for what use to football. Just a terrible rule. Ought to just play flag football. Don't expect to see much agreement here, but the unnecessary roughness call on Missouri on Murphy early in the second half was pretty weak as well. On an upside for UF, Kelvin Taylor looks a lot like his daddy running the ball.

And Mizzou scores again for a 36 to 17 lead late in the 4th quarter. This defense doesn't even resemble the defense before Easly was hurt. Damn Gators, you are killing our SOS.
