Billy Vessels...and just FTR, he was the 2nd guy. Last I looked '52 comes before '54. Ha, both were before 1964, so it wan't like they played modern football. What a couple of losers

BTW...I posted a few hours ago...I read on another board that Doug France (OSU, 1971-74) had passed away. I haven't seen it reported yet...

Dispatch columnists yesterday also talked about smith returning for his senior season in '03 when he could have easily left for the nfl after the '02 title season, in order to fulfill the promise to his grandma to earn his degree, which he did (criminology). And I truly appreciate the promise tressel has kept to the hof luncheon for all these years, ever since he was coaching at ysu. Thx for posting... Smith's death still makes absolutely no sense.

Just saw that the spring game is sold out...105K for the spring game...DANG!! I'm guessing there are around 100k here today. Maybe a little more. It is the most gorgeous day ever for a spring game. Not a cloud in the sky. Low 70s. Perfect. Early thoughts... Weber is going w the 1's/scarlet at rob. Like his quick first step. I still think he ends up starting. Mack and Campbell both looked good in short passes. But Barrett hasn't had much time to throw. And on the gray burrow has had no time at all. Not surprising considering its spring and the o-line is almost completely new. But lots of work to be done w that unit. On d hooker got a pick 6 for the gray, ward had a couple great kicks in run support and lattimore had another pick on a diving catch. All the db's fighting for playing time have looked good. Burrow just showed a nice touch on a fade pattern for a td. Couldn't see who caught it. Heard Meyer say as we were heard to campus that Joe leads collier for the backup slot as of today.

Btw in place of the out of town scoreboard, you have the following score being shown here at the shoe...
Tortoise vs hare
Time vs space
Spf vs clouds
Maize vs blue. (Right now that's -7 to -24)
There are also a couple I don't recognize. Must be from lord of the rings or some video game.

Antonio Williams has had a couple nice carries for the gray. Enticing combo of size footspeed and moves on the move.

Lannister vs targaryn is the other one.
