My pervert shadow stalker troll responds to a post of mine within. A minute or so of my post….. He's on here 24/7 rent free but hides his being logged in so nobody knows what a loser he is. Sometimes I forget to close the app on my phone so it looks like I'm logged in for hours on end but I'm not not actually here looking for everything a conservative posts to troll like toxic stevie does. And he has nothing to say about how his preferred method takes forever and we have wait weeks after to find out who won.

Just because one way is slow doesn’t mean that your alternative being even slower is meaningful. It’s not. Results take how long they take. The primary goal is accuracy, which machines are more accurate than hand counts. The secondary goal is speed, which machines are faster than hand counts. Just because it takes a few days for machine counts to deliver a result doesn’t mean it isn’t preferred to hand counts, which would take longer. P.S. it isn’t weeks. It hasn’t been even a single week yet, and you have the vast majority of your results, don’t you?

The elections office hopes to by November 21 have the final results locally though they aren’t due according to the state until Dec 3. I have no clue on any local proposition or bond or on the city council or county board of supervisors or school boards. The state assembly and state senate races are both between two Republican women and one has a clear lead in each based on primary results and early returns. So, the system sucks. We have a projection 75-80% voter turn out here and of that only 28% are counted.

He’s not the source of the problem and it was the same before when the democrat ran the place. The #2 person there hasn’t changed.

We’d already know if we hand counted early ballots as they came in w/o revealing results and counted Election Day incoming at 8 pm that night until done.

Which has nothing to do with the question of speed between hand counts and machine counts, and everything to do with what the law is concerning when one can begin counting early ballots. California is one of 23 states that do it this way. The machine count isn’t the problem.

Why do you have this fixation on a nearly instantaneous result? If it takes a month, what is the downside?

I want what Trump wants. Photo ID to vote, only US citizens voting, one day voting, absentee ballots only with excuse, paper ballots, hand counted, results known by midnight local time in each jurisdiction. We don’t need all the other crap.

What do you care more about, a fast count, or greater voter participation?
