Well the title is "how" to make great food. So besides, me, FRed, Lee and Cyber, does anyone else have any good recipes? Oh, I have to give credit to Cowboy and Walt for some ideas as well. As far as Willie goes, he only post shit!

Well, Coal, I'm working on a restaurant in Anaheim, and as is necessary, the first thing I always do is ask for a menu, so that I get an idea of both the feel of the place and also the size and quantity of kitchen equipment. One of the items is a Philly-Cheese sandwich. I'm thinkin...in a Korean restaurant? Turns out, its basically a standard philly, but they use chopped, grilled boneless Korean BBQ flavored rib meat and top it with grilled Kimchee in addition to the grilled onions and cheese on a grinder. Haven't tried it yet, but it sounded pretty good.

That sounds healthy. What exactly is Quseo Oxaca? Is that like a cheddar, gouda or what? I've never heard of it.

Spinkled it on top and under the broiler till it started to turn bubbly and brown.

With the griled Kimchee, sounds closer to a Reuben than a Philly. Isn't a classic Reuben on grilled rye? Yes, but it has sauerkraut(YUK). Which is sorta like Kimchee. Not a big fan of cabbage. Unless its Nappa cabbage and in pot stickers(my wife makes the best)

Unless its Nappa cabbage and in pot stickers(my wife makes the best) LOL...I'm guessing you just insulted Germans and Koreans simultaneously by claiming sauerkraut and kimchee are similar... I hadn't thought of that connection before, but in a way, I do see the similarity.

If you folks aren't into Korean food, you are missing out. It's very healthy and tastes fantastic. Very interesting cuisine. Sort of exactly what you'd expect from a country that had been invaded and occupied numerous times by both Japan and China.
