So it's ok that you demand we go out of our way but it's not ok to demand it of you. Simply because it takes you longer. Anyone got a violin handy? And you do this for everyone but me. I see. But hey, don't take it personal. If you wanted me to quit or not even participate all you had to do is say so. I've gotten that vibe for years anyway Here's my thank you. Go f-word yourself Wait....if you don't follow the rules here and go 0-12 one week this is going to somehow ruin your life? It's a friggin' game, dude. There's no money involved and it affects nothing beyond our ability to brag to a couple dozen other guys whom we've never actually met before about our picking prowess. Quit bitchin' and playing the victim here. Play the game or don't. Some guys talked about the rules, the Host of the game made some adjustments and if you don't like them just quit the game....it's not worth throwing a fit over. At least you can take comfort in knowing the you won't be the first to quit....Willie took care of that....nor will you have the lowest score if you do....thank Willie for that one too. I sometimes feel that this contest is the only to gain some respect on here. No one respects me on here. Not a single person. everyone single one of my opinions and posts are dismissed by everyone, no matter the content, facts, or subject. Simply because its I who said it. this contest is full proof. If I can win or have a good showing, no one can dismiss it. No one can say how stupid I am if I pick the winners. its must be respected. |

Yes I'm serious. That's what I had a problem with the whole time. I'm not telling my pregnant in labor wife that making my picks on here is more important. That's why I said if you demanded that from us then I demand stuff from you. I mean really? You demand us get our picks in no matter the circumstances (wife in labor, daughter in labor, cut finger off etc...) but we can't demand anything from you? That's been my issue the entire time. I have zero problem with having a deadline when picks are due but Damn if I'm going to put them ahead of my wife having a baby Is your wife pregnant? If so...I'll make a special rule that you can make your picks on Friday if she's in labor on Thursday afternoon due to your circumstances. In fact...you're officially the only player in our game that has that special rule. Everyone else has to excuse themselves to the bathroom during the final push to make sure those picks are in...otherwise...goose egg. See...now you're being treated better than everyone else. In fact....the finger rule doesn't apply to you either. Everyone else...try not to get blood on the keyboard. I trust all of our other players to not riot over this new rules situation which we find ourselves in... to answer your questions. yes my wife is pregnant. She's a little over 3 months. She's not due till March. 2nd. I have cut my finger off. I was a little over 4 years old. It got reattached then. Based on this new information... Someone else run the college basketball pick'em. I won the basketball bracket tournament earlier this year. Mike was second. Fortunately, it's easy to set up and the scoring is done for us. cwg, the bracket tournament will mark you down for submitting a late submission, no exception. It's not controlled by anyone here. It's controlled by the CBS Sports forum. |
