I think I'm just going to call this a lost year. not going to quit, would never quit. going to keep plugging away, but damn have I been awful picking this year. It's times like these that you need to do some rally cap action. Pick the opposite of who you would usually pick or something like that. The only problem with that idea is if you still go 3-12, then you know it isn't the picks...the football gods really are pissed at you for some reason. |

Lost a 5 team parlay when Sparty went on cruise control. Sigh... Sucker bet, to be sure...but still. I felt like a guru going into the fourth quarter. Lost a 3 team parlay when Bama surrendered a 7 point lead as well. So close...yet so far away. yet if you'd played both of those sets as individual bets, you'd gone 4-1 and 2-1, pretty profitable. even when it's just nickels. the man has such an advantage on the parlays... and i throw away enough spending $$ w/o giving anyone any extra advantages. lol mark scott tosu 81 |

Yeah, I know. Fact is, I've never used the online stuff (5dimes) before this weekend. My sports gambling has always just revolved around when I go to Vegas or Biloxi and there are games around that time.
I've never done parlay bets when I've been in Vegas. LOL Yet here, first timer....I'm tinkering around with the site and throw down bets I'd never dream of doing if I were standing at the cashier at the Flamingo....
