The "Gumbo" (I was criticised fer not puttin okra in, lol) came out delish  ....Thanx fer askin ......Yeah, I pretty much made the perfect roux, added Miripoix, mushrooms, peppers, shrimp, sausage, spices and then just let it boil away for about 1 1/2 hr....Ate a bowl, let it cool, fridge overnight and lunch today ....The flavor depth is outstanding....Nothing too powerful and yet full flavor....Very happy with the outcome....Naturally, pretty much ANYTHING I post here is not as good as others can do but I'll just keep tryin anyway Today, I bought a Boston Butt and rubbed it down with "Jack Daniels" seasoning (gift for X-mas)....gonna smoke it this afternoon and pulled pork sandies temari  |

Do you ship? Overnight express is fine.  With a side of Dixie works too. ;D |
