If Biden and the Democrats truly want reconciliation and unity for the country he will step up and issue a pardon to Trump and the lesser parties involved in the Trump campaign. As for those that were involved in money laundering and other crimes not involved with the 2016 political campaign, they are fair game for the Justice Department to investigate or prosecute.
Biden should also insist that Schumer and Pelosi shut their mouths about anything Trump and try to work with Republicans in Congress. If Republicans choose not to work for the betterment of the country, then voters can address that at the polls in 2022 and 2024.

I think the country is done with the divisiveness. It may take some time to shake out of the system, and there will be kooks on both sides that remain, but IMO, "times they are a-changin'", and for the better. A near 50-50 split in both houses of Congress will make it nearly impossible to do anything without bi-partisan support. That reality will sink in soon enough.
