Not convinced (yet) we're on the verge of Civil War, but have to admit I've never been this pessimistic about the country as I am today. The push for "American Carnage" and the fight against it is over. No way left but up! I think the country is done with the divisiveness. It may take some time to shake out of the system, and there will be kooks on both sides that remain, but IMO, "times they are a-changin'", and for the better. A near 50-50 split in both houses of Congress will make it nearly impossible to do anything without bi-partisan support. That reality will sink in soon enough. Not a student of gravity I see... |

Nobody expects Mutt and Fred to join in, but unity requires justice and reconciliation. That needs to happen. First step: Acknowledge that an assault on the Capitol is completely unacceptable. Say it, or there is no reason to listen to you any further.
When will Democrats do that?
Unity requires recognizing EVERYONE'S RIGHTS, even if you don't like them.
When will Demoncrats do THAT? Unity requires the cessation of constant lies about people you don't agree with.

No conservative has ever approved of criminal activity. The false claims that Donald Trump was involved on the Jan 6th crimes is certainly NOT promoting unity.
Until Democrats realize that nearly every one of their pet agendas is harmful to America, there will be NO UNITY. WE will never surrender to your tyranny and slave-owner tactics. Who is "WE?" Look at all 50 states --- at the good decent people who support THEIR COUNTRY and THEIR FREEDOM --- and you see who WE are.
WE are the people who will put an end to Demoncrat insanity. I might not be alive to see our eventual victory, but it IS coming. Failure is not an option.
I will happily accept Demoncrats' sincere apologies for being so stupid and hateful, and then I will happily take them under my wing and educate them on how TRUE America works.
I THINK I am too old to physically fight a war, but there's only one way to know for sure --- don't push me. As long as I can hold and load a gun, aim it accurately, and pull the trigger with enough precision to take out a domestic terrorist lieberal I'll be there. I will never allow my seriously handicapped wife to be rolled into a Demoncrat death chamber. She will die free of Demoncrat slavery, even if I have to kill her myself. Even with a near-fatal stroke, she is smarter and more coherent that Bitem and Kameltoe, Burger King Nancy, and the rest of the Demoncrat freedom-haters.

They want to dangle the unity worm in front of the plain, sane America people, but their poles are constructed of pork, which is then "recycled" to our enemies and the remoras who have latched on to us.
Look at the center of Bitem's policies, It is unashamedly CLIMATE CHANGE ---- a false idea with no conclusive scientific basis Those idiot want to steer the future of the United States based on the word of people who can't even tell you with 100% certainty if you will get rain in your hometown tomorrow. Theses people can't get simple rain and hurricanes right!
To think that they can determine what earth's atmosphere will be like in 20 years is admitting that they are getting their information from Madame Zora's crystal ball, at $350.00 for a 10 minute session. Which must be repeated two more times with a one hour cycle.

I agree. If he violated the law he should be prosecuted in civil or criminal court. This impeachment is a political witch hunt, just like the last one. Democrats in Congress stated before Trump was even inaugurated that they would impeach him. They did, and it failed.
