Just wondering if there is any specific issue or cause that is a hard stop,(or go) for you, (and I don't mean in a 10 Commandment sense; I mean 'issue of the day' type thing.) Is there something out there that you feel is so vital that it would cause you to ignore a monetary cost/benefit and just, 'git 'er done'?
