thought maybe I should post this on the nfl board for balance…
in 4 1/3 inning the phillies have hit 5 dingers for a 7-0 lead. schwarber’s 2 run shot to center was massive. had to be 450+

McCullers,apparently likes to throw first pitch curveballs___The Phillies knew, the fans knew, everybody watching knew but not Dusty Baker___He saw 5 homers leave the yard, 3 were on the first pitch ...lol |

The stat that he'd only thrown two heaters to lefties all post-season, thereby allowing batters to sit on either the C-Up or hook was fascinating to watch play out. And 'BOOM' did it ever! I enjoy klatt and herby on cfb, and they're close, but for my $ nobody beats smoltz. |
