You have the right to a jury trial for any crime you've been accused of. No matter how trivial. It could be for jaywalking I can act however I want. I have an insurance policy. My work van has a dash cam. So I can prove who is right and who is being a low life cop out to meet his quota. You'd be surprised how many dash cam videos I've seen of cops acting like ass holes telling people they've done this or that and they're getting a bunch of tickets only for the driver to go "go for it, it's all on my dash cam" and the the cop suddenly go "never mind, no tickets" The cops admitted they were at fault in the crash. Didn't you watch the video? If I am called for jury duty and have to waste my time because you want to fight a simple red light ticket, guess what? I am going to vote "guilty" simply because you are stupid.
Yep, you can act any way you want; just accept the consequences of your stupidity. Apparently your mama never taught you that being nice goes a long way.
If the cops admitted they were at fault, then the pickup driver has the right to recover damages in accordance with Ohio state law. Case closed.
If I didn't break any laws there's no consequences. Cops can't arrest me or give me a ticket because I told them to go F themselves. |

In most cases, it's easier and cheaper just to pay the crybabies in out of court settlements. It makes the plaintiff's lawyers very happy, since they get a good chunk of money without having to argue a case in court. The lawyers get richer and people like you get screwed by them, and enjoy it.

Hopefully there will be body cam footage we can post on the internet with a booking photo showing the lumped up fat lip lesson he received. I'd be smiling for days!  |

However, I concur that the deputies acted inappropriately in this instance, no matter what color the people are.
It seems that the female was parked in a handicapped spot with no handicapped tag, so if that was the case, she should have been given a ticket for that violation and told to move to another spot.
The deputies could then go back to their cars, and sit and watch this car for as long as they were allowed to.

We do know what happened
We do NOT. The incident happened on May 20, and a full investigation can take quite some time. The evidence we have is the slanted testimony from the bunch of parasites who are looking to get rich off a lawsuit, and whatever they get, they will bow before the now 11 year old ever comes of age to get HIS share.
Let's allow the HONEST INVESTIGATION to run its course.
