Truly a game of inches...Mizzou had a 4th down pass batted down in the end zone which would have been a back door cover, and Clemson inexplicably foregoing a field goal that would have iced the game and covered. Difference between 8-5 and 6-7. What the hell was dabo thinking??? That clinches the game not to mention my pick. Lol

Maybe Haden should'nt have canned Kiffen. Did you see the long line of former players and staff that came to mid field after the game to shake his hand? Imo though, LK has grown a lot the past 2-3 years under Saban. He's going to get another shot somewhere. Great! I say next year somewhere outside of the SEC. Maybe UCLA? Not so fast my friend

Great! I say next year somewhere outside of the SEC. Maybe UCLA? Not so fast my friend I saw on an ESPN scroll that Saban and Kiffen are going to meet with Sarkisian. This could be the set up for Saban's next OC so long as Sark has taken care of his alcoholism issue. At one time, Kiffen and Sarkisian were co-OCs at USC for Pete Carroll. It would be plug and play after Kiffen takes his next HC job.
If UCLA underperforms this season, Jim Mora Jr. leaving could make for some compelling news in Los Angeles. Kiffen would get a good gig and a chance to get even after the disgraceful way USC fired him. To get fired on the road, not allowed to return home with the team, and then denied access to say goodbye to the players was Pat Haden's low point as AD.

If Sark is hired, that would make 5 former HC on Saban's staff. (Mario Cristobal, Bobby Williams, Mike Locksley, Kiffen) Imo, he's always looking for an edge, this is par for the course

Locksley worked at UF at one time. He is no Kiffen. I don't like Lame Kitten due to the way he handled himself as HC at UT and USC, but I'd think he is an offensive genius who has significantly complimented Saban's defensive background.

Truly one of the lowest points in USC FOOTBALL history... The SEC Network stated it was the 3rd worse loss in USC history. The crapola with the coaching and AD did set the Trojans back a year. It's a side effect of massive probation. Imagine UF if we hadn't gotten Spurrier in 90.

Standing order from Hermine, in my name, TRN, is that if I don't post, it's all dogs, every week. She may have some sisters and brothers who approach the coast and have some adjustments for me to make, but as of now, those are the standing orders. BTW Trn, were you in Tally for Kate?

A little before my time. The last tropical system that I was there for was some storm in 1998 when I visited for the USC game. I thanked the rain gods that day....many a white t-shirts were worn by the coeds...
