There is no debate required. Anyone who disputes the obvious is clearly a hater. I think there a couple of different ways to measure the conference as a whole but if the conversation is based on the fact that the SEC has won the last 6 NC's, then there is certainly no debate. The top teams in the SEC are as good as it gets. |

These things go in cycles, The SEC is the best football conference right now. In 5 years that may change. If so, why did the ACC hand them their asses in head-to-head games? The four head to heads that I can remember this season were USCe vs N Carolina, BAMA vs Virginia Tech, Clemson vs UGA, and Miami vs UF. I believe that's even at 2-2 with USCe vs Clemson, UGA vs GT, and FSU vs UF remaining. Lets see how it plays out but I'm thinking the SEC goes 2-1 and finishes 4-3 against the ACC. That's before bowl matchups... Did I miss any? |
